I like the B-17. The Flying Fortress packed more firepower thatn any aircraft to date. It could still be useful today for quelling civil unrest.
The C-130 Hercules. Not just because I used to work on them, but it is one tough aircraft. Well, the E and H models were tough, the new J models aren’t, oh well, that is what you get for messing with a good thing.
I also vote for the B-17 Flying Fortress.
